A deposit secures your surgery date. The amount and refund terms are stated in your written treatment plan.
Who we may decline
We may decline or defer surgery when clinical assessment shows elevated risk, unrealistic expectations, or incomplete medical work-up. Your safety comes first.

Week 1
Video check-in for wound review and medication questions.
Week 4
Progress review and activity guidance.
Week 12
Longer-term outcome discussion and next steps if needed.
